OUR YOUNG PEOPLE are trendsetters and cultural shifters on global tech platforms. But, are overlooked and underrepresented in the head offices. At the same time, Facebook wanted to attract young people from underrepresented backgrounds into STEM careers because diverse teams make good business. So we brought the two communities together to co-create solutions to tackle big social problems and build relationships. 

OUR COMPETITIVE ACADEMY ADMISSIONS in the 2 years since our birth have skyrocketed. We have received 250+ applications for 30 available spaces, hosted 2x 100% BME cohorts, and & have graduated 58 young people
