Our Story

TAG was co-founded by Tumisha and Alvin with strong grassroots origins. The agency responded to the limited opportunity people entering the workforce faced during the onset of the pandemic. Promising young people finishing school and university suddenly faced an abrupt end to professional opportunities, limiting their presence and voices across all industries.

The duo went out into the community - into schools, colleges, youth clubs, universities, places of worship, homes to support young people in the ways they needed to be supported. On the way, TAG connected brands such as Google, Facebook, Shell UK, and Nandos with new talent to realize meaningful projects.

Collectively, Tumisha and Alvin collectively have 8 years of industry experience working with brands such as Google, Redbull, and Atlantic Records. Alvin’s strength is community building, in 2018 he was awarded a prime ministerial point of light award for his services to diverse communities in London. Meanwhile, Tumisha’s power is marketing, previously leading on industry-disrupting campaigns such as [Google Pixel’s first venture into influencer marketing – now an industry standard].
